General Fees

1. Fees Schedule

Service Fees: By using the Approve, Swap & C Bridge features, you agree to pay a service fee for these. Fees will be deducted directly from the approval and/or the swapping transaction and are subject to market conditions, including but not limited to gas fees and liquidity constraints.

2. Fee Transparency

Dynamic Fees: Service fees and surge pricing are dynamic and subject to market conditions. Users acknowledge that fees will be deducted automatically and may vary based on transaction complexity or network congestion.

Upfront Estimates: Due to the complexity of recovering lost funds, providing an exact fee estimate upfront is not feasible. Our service is designed to locate and recover funds that are typically considered irretrievable, and as such, a premium fee is applied to reflect the expertise, resources & technology required for this process.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

No Refunds: All fees paid for services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the transaction or if a transaction fails due to user error or network issues.

4. Taxes and Additional Charges

User Responsibility: Users are responsible for any additional charges, such as taxes, duties, or regulatory fees, imposed by relevant authorities.

5. Network Costs

Gas Fees: Gas fees are separate from our service fees and are determined by the blockchain network. These fees are subject to fluctuation and are beyond our control although generally not excessive.

Fee Disputes: We are not responsible for any discrepancies in fees resulting from network congestion, third-party services, or user error. Users agree to resolve such disputes independently.
