1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using PulseScanner ("Website") and its services, you ("User") agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"), fees & conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website. By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.



2. Services Provided


PulseScanner provides tools to scan wallets for PRC-20 copy tokens, display USD balances, approve tokens for spending and facilitates the swapping of supported tokens. The "Swap to USD Coin from Ethereum" feature allows users to swap approved discovered copy tokens ready for bridging out to the Ethereum chain. You will then be able to select Bridge your Free USDC from Ethereum in the User Interface on PulseScanner.



3. User Responsibilities


Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the wallet address entered and for verifying the transactions they approve.

Users must ensure their wallet contains sufficient funds for transaction fees (e.g., gas fees). The smart contract will fund the gas fees for any approvals & swapping to “USDC from Ethereum” with those gas fees taken from your balance. Please ensure when you receive bridged funds on the Ethereum chain you have ETH as gas on the other side.



4. Transaction Approval


By approving a transaction on your wallet, you acknowledge and agree:

You have reviewed and understand the transaction details in full.

You authorize the Website’s smart contracts to process approvals and swapping of PRC-20 tokens and the transactions on your behalf.

You accept that all blockchain transactions are irreversible.



5. Data Accuracy


While the Website strives to provide accurate token balances and pricing information, it makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. Users should independently verify token information before making financial decisions.



6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability


No Financial Advice: The Website does not provide investment advice, financial planning, or recommendations of any kind.


"As Is" Service: All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use of the Website is at your own risk.


"Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of the Website or its services.

  • Loss of funds due to errors, unauthorized transactions, or blockchain network issues.

  • Network or technical issues, including failed transactions due to insufficient gas.

The Website may interact with third-party tools, smart contracts, or token protocols. The Website is not responsible for the functionality, security, or reliability of these third-party components. Users should exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Approval of Tokens/ Swapping of tokens


By approving tokens for the "Approve" & “Swap” feature, you allow the Website’s smart contract to access and manage the approved tokens. Users should only approve tokens they intend to swap.



No Guarantee of Success


The Website does not guarantee the success of any transaction or token swap. Users should exercise caution and review transaction details carefully before approval.



Irreversible Transactions


All blockchain transactions processed through the Website are final and irreversible. Users must verify transaction details before confirming.



User Consent


By using the Website and its services, you consent to these Terms of Service and the associated fees. Users should review these Terms regularly and discontinue use if they do not agree.
